On a late summer evening at the end of August, we did it all again and hosted our second Farm to Table meal at Wildberry along with Chef Adrienne Shoots of Graze Gourmet.
With the execution of Chef Adrienne, we created a three-course menu featuring produce, eggs, and other farm goods grown exclusively here at Wildberry Farms. Guests were treated to complimentary Mint Tea, an old Wildberry family recipe. We also added shade sails to the Farm to Table dinner spot for our guests!
The meal began with a Sous Vide Tomato Caprese Salad with Carrot Top Pesto + Balsamic Pearls.
The main course consisted of a Roasted Vegetable Quiche with a side of Shaved Zucchini Salad topped with a Pear Vinaigrette and Roasted Honey-Glazed Rainbow Carrots.
The meal ended with a dessert of Chocolate Zucchini Cake with Honey Ginger Poached Pears topped with Homemade Whipped Cream and Edible Flowers.
These intimate Farm to Table meals are quickly becoming one of our favorite Farm Events to host here at Wildberry! What better place to enjoy a meal than on the piece of land it grew on, served by the farmers that grew it. Thank you all who have made these Farm to Table meals a success!
