Vendor Spaces:

Vendor Space for the 2025 Field Market + Special Events at Wildberry Farms, LLC is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis only. A signed vendor agreement and a non-refundable paid retainer are required to reserve a vendor space for the Field Market/Special Events.

The vendor space retainer includes the following:

  1. Assigned/numbered 10x10 vendor space

  2. Parking on-site, either in the large parking area, or behind your tent (space for ONE vehicle behind each tent)

  3. Portable restroom(s) on-site


Special Events ONLY:

  1. Built-in rain date (the following day, Sunday 9am-1pm)

Expectations

Wildberry Farms, LLC is a facilitator that creates the space for small businesses and community to come together for a morning of shopping small on the farm. It is up to the vendors/small businesses joining the Field Market to prepare and promote their own businesses. While Wildberry provides the platform, vendors who actively engage their audience see the best results. (Please see vendor kit here.)


Wildberry Farms, LLC is not reseponsible for any vendor's sales at the Field Market.


Wildberry Farms, LLC is only responsible for providing space for vendors to sell their goods.

Rules:

  1. Please make sure your presentation, actions and language reflect the family/community-centered environment Wildberry strives to provide

  2. Field Market, Opening Day, Halloween at Wildberry + Shop Small Saturday Arrival: arrival for set up is between 7am-8am. Check in with Matt or Bridget upon arrival to the farm. Please do not arrive earlier than 7am, or later than 8am. Any vendor that arrives after 8:00am will not be permitted to set up. Please leave the farm by 1:00pm for Spring, Summer + Fall Field Market dates, or 2:00pm for Opening Day, Halloween at Wildberry or Shop Small Saturday.

  3. Vintage Christmas Market Arrival: arrival for set up is between 11am-noon. Check in with Matt or Bridget upon arrival to the farm. Please do not arrive earlier than 11am, or later than noon. Any vendor that arrives after noon will not be permitted to set up. Please leave the farm by 6:00pm.

  4. No Booth Sharing: Absolutely no vendor space sharing or consigning. The only vendor/creator/small business owner who should be displaying their goods and accepting payment is the entity or person who reserved and paid for the vendor space.

  5. No Transfers: Cancellations or changes for the Field Market season must be submitted to, and approved by, Wildberry Farms, LLC online via this webpage. (Special Event Dates not applicable.) In the event of a cancellation, whether by Wildberry Farms, LLC or the vendor, the paid retainer is non-refundable and the vendor space will be offered up to the pre-approved wait-list.

  6. Socials: Vendors must post 1 feed post between Mon-Wed + 3 story posts between Mon-Fri the week of the event

  7. Music is allowed at your vendor space, however music selection must be appropriate/family friendly. Volume must be kept at an appropriate level as to not affect those vendors close to your tent. Wildberry Farms, LLC reserves the right to ask any vendor at any time to reduce music volume or change music selection.

  8. Portable propane heaters only are permitted for heat when necessary (no open flames allowed)

  9. Generators are permitted at vendor booths

  10. Vendors will provide their own tents, set-ups, stakes, weights, etc. If you know you need help setting up your tent, please bring along a helper/assistant.

  11. Tents must be secured with weights and/or stakes in the event of strong winds. Damages and/or injuries by not secure tents are the responsibility of the tent owner, Wildberry is not liable for any damages and/or injuries by not secure tents.

  12. It is the vendor’s responsibility to provide the basic personal necessities for a morning on the farm. This includes, but is not limited to, water and other beverages, hats, boots, sunscreen, bug spray, and weather-appropriate clothing.

  13.  Please leave the farm and property the way you found it

  14. Trash cans at Wildberry Farms, LLC are available for ordinary trash, please do not dispose of large items in/next to/around the trash cans

  15.  Use the paved driveway upon arrival and departure. Please do not drive over the grassy slope to the main road

  16.  Children must be supervised at all times

  17.  Dogs are allowed at Wildberry, but they must be leashed at all times. Please pick up after your dog, and dispose of any waste in the provided trash cans. Wildberry is not liable for any injuries caused by dogs, leashed or unleashed. Any and all dogs on the property are the responsibility of the pet owner.

  18.  No smoking/vaping is allowed on the property

  19.  Please remain within the designated vendor Field Market field and parking area. No wandering around the farm.


    If a vendor/business owner/employee/volunteer/etc cannot comply with the rules, that vendor/business owner/employee/volunteer/etc will be asked to leave.


Wildberry Farms, LLC reserve the right to revoke any vendors participation at the Field Market for any reason at any time.


Wildberry Farms, LLC reserves right to ask any Vendor to leave the Field Market for any reason, at any time. Wildberry Farms, LLC reserves the right to change, add to, or otherwise revise these rules for any reason, at any time.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are a non-refundable retainer to hold your vendor space at the dates listed on your application. If it becomes necessary for the vendor to cancel their pre-booked Field Market date, the vendor will forfeit their vendor space and the space will be offered up to the waitlist (no transfers allowed). If it becomes necessary for Wildberry Farms, LLC to cancel a market date due to rain, the retainer is still non-refundable. Wildberry Farms, LLC reserves the right to rescind participation from any vendor at any time for failure to show, or presentation that goes against the standards of Wildberry Farms, LLC.

Liability

In consideration of my use of the premises of both 1047 and 1059 Saint Stephens Church Rd Crownsville, MD 21032, I, for myself, heirs, personal representative or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the owners, Matthew Phillip Jones, Bridget Kimberly Jones, Edwin Francis Jones, and Nancy Lou Jones, Wildberry Farms, LLC it’s trustees, directors, officers, employees and agents from liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injury, accidents, or illnesses (including death) and property loss arising from use of the premises.


Being on-premises carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I myself know and understand and appreciate these and other risks.


I have read this Waiver of Liability and fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
