Please read all guidelines to make sure your small business meets our standards prior to filling out an application. All payments are a non-refundable retainer.
The Wildberry Field Market is an upscale boutique farmers market experience. We expect all of our small business partners to uphold the values set forth in the Vendor Agreement + other information provided.

Vendors must have small business general liability insurance. Wildberry Farms LLC must retain a COI listing Wildberry as an additional insured (this will be at no cost to you)

Please make sure all licenses are up to date, and your labels meet the standards of the Health Department. More resources can be found below!
We ask that all small businesses also have a website or Etsy Shop, along with at least one social media platform dedicated to their business (Facebook or Instagram is ideal).
Please note, vending at the Field Market is a commitment, failure to meet this commitment could result in vendor forfeiting their retainer/vendor space for the season.
Wildberry Farms provides a 10'x10' numbered vendor space with room for one vehicle parked behind tent, portable restrooms, and marketing materials.
Vendors provide tent, tables, set up + personal items for a morning on the farm!
Spaces are first come first serve with a paid retainer. The retainer is the total for the season. 100% of the retainer is due upfront. The retainer is a non-refundable retainer to hold your vendor space at the date(s) listed on your application.

As long as your small business meets the requirements set forth listed above, in the Vendor Information Packet + on the Vendor Application your business is automatically eligible + accepted into the Field Market.
