Become a Vendor
We are now accepting applications for our 2022 Field Market Season. Please make sure your small business meets our standards prior to filling out an application.
Vendors must have a website or Etsy Shop, along with at least one social media platform dedicated to their business (Facebook or Instagram is ideal).
In 2022, the Field Market will run every Saturday, May thru November, from 9am-1pm, rain date is the following day (Sunday) for each Field Market date. We are asking vendors to please keep Sundays available when it is a Wildberry weekend so that if we have to use our rain date, all vendors can still make it out to the farm.
Types of vendor spaces available:
10'x10' vendor spaces: Pop Up Vendors, $75 per Field Market date 2-4 dates total for the season. (We have filled our monthly, half-season, and full season 10x10 vendor options)
10'x20' vendor space: $100 per Field Market (for large vendors like airstream boutique, greenhouse bus, etc)
Food Truck vendor space: $100 per Field Market (we will host one food truck per Field Market date)
Spaces are first come first serve with a paid retainer. The retainer is the total for the season. 100% of the retainer is due upfront no later than 4/1/2022. The retainer is a non-refundable retainer to hold your vendor space at the date(s) listed on your vendor agreement. We invoice through our website.
Also new this year, we will be sending out a vendor agreement (via Adobe Sign) to be e-signed prior to the start of the season.
Please remember this is an application, Wildberry Farms, LLC reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.

Choose one Vendor Option
Choose the number of dates that correspond with your Vendor Option (ex: 7 dates total for Once a Month Vendor Option
*10x10 Vendor Space Unavailable* = no 10x10 spaces left at that date
Large Vendor Space Unavailable = no 10x20 space left at that date
Food Truck Spot Unavailable = no food truck space left at that date
