Please make sure your small business meets our standards prior to filling out an application.

Cottage Food Businesses/Food + Beverage Businesses:

Please make sure all licenses are up to date, and your labels meet the standards of the Health Department. More resources can be found below!

We ask that all small businesses also have a website or Etsy Shop, along with at least one social media platform dedicated to their business (Facebook or Instagram is ideal).

Full Season vendors also have the option to join us at the 5 year anniversary "mini market" on Friday 10/4 5pm-8pm for free.

More info to come!

Please note, vending at the Field Market is a commitment, failure to meet this commitment could result in vendor forfeiting their retainer/vendor space for the season.

In 2024, the Field Market will run on the 2nd + 4th Saturday of the month, June through November, from 9am-1pm. The rain date is the following day (Sunday) for each Field Market date.

Important dates to note:

  1. 6/8 Opening Day: a photographer will be on-site to take up to 3 pictures of your + your set up for your social media/website! Also, please consider contributing to the opening day goodie bags!

  2. 10/26 Halloween Market: Guests + vendors of the Market are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes. Please consider bringing candy for your tent for guests to trick-or-treat the market!

  3. 11/30 Shop Small Saturday: Our last Field Market of the season. Join us for Shop Small Saturday!

Wildberry Farms provides a 10'x10' vendor space with about 2' of room on either side. Vendors can also park their vehicle behind their tent for easy unloading and loading.

Spaces are first come first serve with a paid retainer. The retainer is the total for the season. 100% of the retainer is due upfront. The retainer is a non-refundable retainer to hold your vendor space at the date(s) listed on your invoice. We invoice through our website.

Please remember this is an application, Wildberry Farms, LLC reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.

No MLMs or service based businesses, please!
