Shop Small Holiday Crawl 2023

If you are a small business owner, know a small business owner, or are following any small businesses on social media, then you know this year has been hard. Sales are down for small businesses, and the support received during COVID from our communities has started to slip away. Many businesses are facing maxed out credit cards, negative account balances, and are hoping holiday sales will be enough to keep their doors open for another year. In many ways, this year has been the toughest yet!

Wildberry is not immune to this, and we have felt it. I have cried more this year than I have since starting Wildberry. It's been soul destroying to watch us and our other small business friends suffer.

This got us thinking, what if there was a way for us to help? What would that look like? Then it hit us, a Shop Small Holiday Crawl! We partnered with Heroes Farmers Market and HERE. a pop-up shop to bring you 6 opportunities to shop small + local this holiday season!

Here's how it works:

1. Attend any or all of these open air markets:

✨ Wildberry Vintage Christmas Market 12/2 + 9 2pm-6pm

✨ Heroes Holiday Market 12/3 8am-11am

✨ HERE. A Pop Up during Midnight Madness 12/7 + 14 4pm-midnight AND 12/21 until 11pm

2. Snap a pic, a selfie or a photo of your market haul + post it PUBLICLY to your Instagram feed with the tag #shopsmallholidaycrawl2023

3. Each market date you post is an entry to win one of 12 Shop Small Holiday Crawl Totes designed by Jami Creates + printed by Blk Ankr Originals

Totes are also for sale and can be purchased online!

And the best part is, you will be helping to kick start the new Wildberry Small Business Fund! The Wildberry Small Business Fund is a new initiative by Wildberry Farms to help micro + small businesses in our immediate area with financial aid to participate in the 2024 Wildberry Field Market Season. Our goals don't just stop there, we plan to add financial aid for small businesses to attend local open-air markets other than Wildberry, and by 2025 plan to add micro grants to help with daily operations! Sales of the totes will help us with starting this new initiative.
